Come to class as least 10 minutes early to get a good spot!
It is best to not eat at least two hours before coming to yoga. Having a yoga mat with you is important for dedication, safety & balance. Always practice yoga with no shoes or socks on to prevent you from slipping and comfort. Wear comfortable clothes that fit to your body rather than loose baggy clothes.
Every body is different. Every pose will not look the same or feel the same as the day before. Always come to yoga with an open mind and leave judgement out the door!
